Member Contracts in OmegaOne
What is it? Members can view and sign chapter or housing contracts in OmegaOne.
How does it work? Vault admins create and publish member contracts and agreements via the Vault Contract Management feature. Published contracts can be viewed and signed by members from their OmegaOne account as well as their myOmegaFi.
What’s in it for the user? Adding additional accessibility in OmegaOne helps your members easily locate, view and sign their chapter or housing contracts and agreements.
OmegaOne Get-Access Page
What is it? Self-serve capability for members to complete registration and access OmegaOne using the Get Access feature on the OmegaFi website.
How does it work? From the OmegaFi website members, go to Get Access and select OmegaOne from the app list. They, then complete a simple people search to find their user record, follow the prompts to complete registration and log in.
What’s in it for the user? Members no longer rely solely on traditional email invites for OmegaOne access which can get accidentally deleted or lost in junk folders. Instead, your members can use the new OmegaOne Get Access feature to easily complete registration and log in to their OmegaOne account.
Providing chapter officers the ability to manage their chapter with ease and efficiency, OmegaFi developed a new tool to enhance the officers' experience within Vault.
What is it? You asked and we listened. OmegaFi is excited to release a new feature within Vault – The Vault Billing Set Up Tool! Chapter officers nationwide expressed their want for a tool that allows them the convenience and freedom to add, edit and update scheduled charges, billing dates and billing groups for their chapter.
How does it work? The Vault Billing Set Up Tool gives chapter officers the ability to customize billing details to fit their chapter’s needs. Chapter officers will also have access to the chapter’s past billing history to make comparisons and adjust according to the chapter’s current budgetary needs.
What’s in it for the user? As part of OmegaFi’s commitment to customer service and developing innovative tools, the Vault Billing Set Up Tool was created to better serve our customers’ needs and wants within our platforms. In addition to empowering chapter officers and our customers, we are committed to helping our customers stay on track. We will continue to remind officers when it is time to set up billing cycles and review each account for accuracy.
How does it work? During recruitment event setup, the ICS/OmegaFi system administrator will work with the university to determine if they want the PNM to pay the ICS Admin Fee during ICS Registration, or if the university will continue to pay the ICS Admin Fee on behalf of each PNM registered.
If the university chooses to offset the ICS Admin Fee, the configuration is implemented for the recruitment event and each PNM is required to pay the fee during registration. The university is required to setup TogetherPay to take advantage of this functionality. ICS/OmegaFi determines the amount of the ICS Admin Fee charged to the PNM.
What is the benefit for the university? Using this feature will reduce the university’s expense for each recruitment event.
